Meet the Teacher

Working at Meadows Place Preschool brings joy in my day. 

I love working at a school where I can teach God’s word and how to apply it on a child’s level.  I love that parents handpicked our school and, in turn, us, to teach their children. Teaching the children and preparing them for the adventure that awaits them in Kindergarten is a joy in itself.

My love of working with children began when I worked in a pediatrician’s office as I helped a friend open her own office.  I worked at Harmony Public School for five years, home schooled my twins, worked at Sugar Grove Christian School as the After-School Supervisor and then a preschool teacher for five years, operated my own preschool out of my home for three years. All of this lead me to my role at Meadows Place!  

I am thankful every day to be teaching here where I can always reflect Jesus Christ and be His hands and feet in all I do.  I enjoy watching each child grow and blossom in their work and interactions with others.  

I am happily married to my husband, Greg. We have 5 children: David, James, Christian, and twins Ashley and Samantha. I am also blessed to be raising my niece and nephew, Jewels and Levi. God blessed us with our first grandchild in November of 2018 and He is blessing us again with our second grandchild in November of 2022. 

In my spare time, I love singing with my kids, hanging out with my husband, watching our girls play sports, and spending time with our grandchildren.
